Design & content

Up to 8 main pages, such as home, about, three services, projects, service area and contact. One editable project template, with up to 6 initial project entries, is included in addition to those main pages. Website copy is capped at 3,500 words, based on your verified answers and materials.

Functionality

Responsive design, one enquiry form, one simple integration with an existing system, page metadata, useful internal links, sitemap, initial local information, basic analytics configuration and an agreed redirect list. Compatibility is checked before the written proposal.

Timeline & revisions

After your deposit is confirmed, your private workspace brings together business details, a choice of three visual directions, brand files and project updates. Two practical guides cover local presence and website/content habits. Preview the client workspace.

Planned delivery is 3–4 weeks after the deposit, complete materials and kickoff brief. Two consolidated revision rounds cover adjustments within the approved direction. New pages, a new design direction or additional integrations require a written change order. Feedback delays shift the schedule.

Payment & cancellation

$2,450 to begin and $2,450 after your approval, before publication and handover. No charge is made by submitting a brief. If a project is cancelled, the parties reconcile completed work and approved third-party costs against payments already made. The individual proposal defines the milestones and any balance or refund.

Ownership & care

Your domain stays in your account. After full payment you receive the agreed custom deliverables. Third-party tools, fonts and images retain their licenses. Optional care begins after launch at $199/month and includes routine maintenance and up to 30 minutes of small content changes per month. Unused time does not roll over. Cancellation applies from the next renewal, with transfer arrangements agreed in writing.

Separate scope

Domain fees, paid third-party software, photography, video production, bespoke booking engines, custom CRM development, extensive migrations, paid advertising and ongoing SEO campaigns are not included. No ranking, revenue or AI-citation outcome is guaranteed.
